With a down-to-earth approach, I meet my clients where they are, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I strive to help my clients feel heard, seen, understood and safe. I practice talk therapy and utlize CBT, DBT and EMDR as well as other interventions.
