Often times the first step to healing is learning to have compassion and love for ourselves as this helps facilitate the desire to care for yourself as well as giving you the motivation to make the changes you would like to see happen. Therapy is a collaboration between the client and therapist working together in order to see change. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and ACT for individuals by providing psychoeducation, promoting processing life stressors and coping mechanisms that could aid in the recovery process moving forward in a positive regard. I strive to make a safe space for healing, validation, and understanding. I also provide empathy, compassion, and trust. Building a therapeutic alliance is something that I am most passionate about.
