Are you ready to deepen your relationship with yourself and be “Authentically Me?” As a licensed professional counselor and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, I specialize in trauma treatment and PTSD, perinatal mental health, birth story healing, parenting, divorce, and adolescent and family therapy. I work with individuals ages 15 and older and families of all ages. My expertise is in EMDR therapy although will often incorporate interventions such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, somatic work, mindfulness practices, attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal Theory. I offer an intuitive approach to therapy drawing on my experiences as a counselor, yoga teacher, educator, and parent. I recognize the importance of conversation and connection and welcome inquires and questions regarding my practice to determine if we are a good fit.
