Getting to know Sara Curcio

Hello, I’m Sara, the owner and therapist of Woodsong Therapy Services. I work with young adults and adults on their journeys towards self-understanding, nervous system regulation, self compassion, and personal growth and expansion. I am particularly called to work with those courageously braving the depths of grief and trauma. I utilize creative modalities such as storytelling, somatic work, dreamwork, grief work, and parts work. My approach aims to enhance self-understanding and foster self-acceptance. Together we can explore and uncover internal conflicts and fears that may be keeping you from fully embracing your truest self. As we engage in this transformative process, you can cultivate the inner harmony necessary for wholeness. It is my belief that when we do this work, we begin to remember who we truly are. I currently hold a Master’s degree in the art of counseling, an undergraduate in Music Therapy, and have completed various trainings in experiential modalities such as dreamwork, grief work, nature-based therapy and somatic work. Many of my clients appreciate my niche in inner-child healing work, attachment, nervous system regulation, and human growth and development.
