What should a new client know about working with you?

I am certified in DBT and have experience focusing on borderline personality disorder (BPD) as well as other issues that arise in our lives, such as emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, professional challenges, and generally enhancing our abilities to navigate everyday stress with new strategies.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer psychoeducation and draw skills primarily rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to guide sessions and improve clients’ quality of life. I also offer supportive talk therapy throughout the work to help slow down, build a safe space and comfortable environment and follow your needs. I use a person-centered approach towards creating goals together and creating a shared understanding of what your needs are to increase meaning, wellness and flow in everyday life.
