Hello! I'm Sara, and I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges. Are you feeling lost and need some help to get you back on the right path? While in session with me, you’ll discover a safe space, one that is judgment-free and that will allow you to express whatever feelings you may be experiencing. I will meet you where you are in life and join you on your journey. We will build a trusting relationship, and from there you will learn to overcome a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related problems, relationship issues, and communication barriers. I work with children, teens, and adults with a special focus on providing support to the LGBTQIA community. The tools that I will use to help include active listening, mindfulness, and teaching empowerment. I recognize and understand that you are the expert on your life, and together we will find and employ the techniques best suited to your healing. The treatment modalities I use include components of CBT, DBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My professional experience has equipped me to handle a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, gender identity, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, intimate/romantic relationships, sex/intimacy issues, and stress. Currently, I am offering tele-therapy only, which allows us to connect from the comfort of your own space. If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to find the path that's right for you. Looking forward to connecting with you, Sara
