Sara Vetter is a mental health clinical trainee working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Through a relational, humanistic and systemic approach, we will deepen and expand your understanding of yourself and find the innate capacity we all have for healing and change. I have worked supporting and centering the female experience as a childbirth educator, lactation counselor and birth doula. As a mother of 3, I deeply understand the ever changing roles and demands we face individually and in partnership. I hope to guide individuals and couples find and reveal themselves in a safe, non judgmental and collaborative effort.
