This is why I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help my clients work through and confront their past negative experiences, become happy, fulfilled individuals, and build the confidence to overcome their most significant and persistent obstacle-themselves. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
