I utilize narrative, existential, psychosocial, and REBT techniques to prioritize self-growth, healing, and empowerment. I have a rich background working with women, youths, Asian Americans, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+ populations. I identify as a queer, biracial, spiritual, and feminist therapist, and my services are pagan-inclusive.
