Hi and welcome to my page. I'm Sarah, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping adolescents and adults navigate life's challenges. My journey began in community mental health, where I supported clients facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting issues, and attention problems. These early experiences shaped my understanding and deepened my commitment to providing compassionate care. Since transitioning to private practice, I've focused on working with adults around issues of anxiety, depression, relationships, and grief. My approach is psychodynamic and collaborative, meaning I strive to understand your unique perspective and history as we explore together the areas where you may feel 'stuck' or in need of support. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to enhance your level of functioning and offer a fresh perspective on your challenges.
