Hi, I’m Sarah Fitzgerald, LPC. I’ve spent the past 20 years walking alongside individuals navigating the challenges of substance use and mental health, and I truly love what I do. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself—no judgment, no pressure, just real conversation and meaningful work. I take a flexible, client-centered approach, using a variety of therapeutic methods depending on what fits you best. Whether you're looking for tools to manage anxiety, support through recovery, or just a place to unpack life’s stressors, I’m here to help you move toward the goals that matter most to you. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College and my Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing isn’t linear and it doesn’t have to be boring—we can do deep work and still share a laugh or two along the way. When I’m not in the therapy chair, I enjoy being outdoors, relaxing with a good book and cuddling my French Bulldog puppy, Cobe. I also enjoy spending time with my family.
