I enjoy supporting children; teens; adults; and older adults; though much of my experience is with adolescents. I have certifications in play therapy; music therapy; and nature therapy interventions. I focus my work on building strong emotional awareness based on a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I find fulfillment in my work when helping clients reach goals they set for themselves.In my free time; I enjoy the local music and adventures the Valley offers.
