What is your typical process for working with clients?

Within the first 4 sessions, I help you get clear on how to make yourself first and top priority in your life without guilt or apology. My clients come to me when they are ready to gain the confidence, clarity, and courage needed to overcome imposter syndrome, stress, career frustration, life transitions, feelings of ineffectiveness, overwhelm, anxiety, grief/loss, and clinical depression. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Brief Solution Focused Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, and Positive Psychology in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore the reason for your visit and decide on the best approach that will get you the results you seek. I've created my own proven technique called the STAR Method that helps you improve your overall quality of life.
