AZ
I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist specializing in treating anxiety, depression and relationship issues, as well as providing assistance and guidance with managing life transitions and grief. Focusing on improving self-esteem, acceptance, and embracing imperfection, I will help empower you to repair and deepen your connections with yourself, your loved ones, and your past. I view the therapeutic alliance as a privilege not to be taken lightly. Connecting with clients is one of my greatest joys, and my approach is warm, compassionate, and respectful. I will work with you to identify your strengths and goals, fortify your relationships, and achieve a more fulfilling life. Having worked in mental health since 2013, I am continuously learning and growing. I strive to stay current with racial and social justice movements, and establish a practice in which my clients can feel safe to express themselves without fear of judgment. When not in the therapeutic environment, you will find me outside exploring, inside crafting and cooking, and spending time with friends, family, and pets. My intention is to be my authentic self both in and out of session.
