Hello! I have been a therapist for 10 years. I am passionate about helping people live their most authentic lives. I love building genuine relationships with my clients and helping them through some of the most vulnerable and deep rooted struggles.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a safe, calm environment which often allows my clients to feel comfortable. I also often use humor with my clients. At the end of the day, I am human too and don't mind sharing myself with my clients! I would love to chat with you to see if I would be a good fit. The first few sessions will mostly be getting to know each other, gathering as much information I can to help me learn how to help you best.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session looks different for everyone, however, typically I let my clients lead the sessions. I will direct and help if needed or address things I believe could be important, however, I let my client's lead and guide where they want to go.
