Sarah Wolfer, MSW

Psychotherapist
FL
Courageous You is based in Seattle (serving WA, ID, and FL) and is led by me, Sarah Wolfer, a licensed psychotherapist and ketamine-assisted therapist with training and lived experience working with couples, queer folx, and non-monogamous humans. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Barry University. My life's work is to provide safe spaces for queer and non-monogamous humans to explore their inner world and find the healing they need to live a fulfilling life. I use various therapeutic models I've learned over the last 12 years, including parts work, CBT, psychedelic-assisted therapy, the Gottman method, motivational interviewing, somatic healing, and trauma-informed care. I am passionate about serving individuals, couples, and polycules who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous communities. I am trained and certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy and currently offer ketamine-assisted therapy via telehealth in collaboration with Journey Clinical. I also provide supervision for associate-level social workers. Building a trusting relationship with you is my first priority, and from there we can together identify goals for therapy in a strength-based and non-judgmental manner. No one person has the answers for another-but together we can start looking at these life questions more closely. I'm ready to get started if you are!
