UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2006 and have held various positions, including Child Protective Worker, Therapeutic Day Treatment Provider, Crisis Counselor, and currently, Outpatient Counselor. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Virginia Intermont College and my Master's in Social Work from Fordham University. I am passionate about working with individuals facing challenges such as managing intense emotions, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulties, abandonment concerns, stress management, and other life struggles. I take a person-centered, integrative approach to the counseling relationship and experience, incorporating various therapies tailored to best suit each individual's needs.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
