I gravitate towards working with individuals who have experienced trauma from various sources, who experience anxiety, or who have difficulty in their personal relationships. I find that the clients who are most successful in treatment are ones who are curious to learn about themselves and realize that they have a role in changing their ability to manage their own thoughts and feelings. We work together to find the tools that allow their brains to do what it needs to do in order to heal.
