UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. My approach is holistic-I draw upon a variety of clinical theories. My first task is to provide deep listening in an effort to understand. I try to look at the whole picture and how the pieces all fit together for you and your context. I am direct, candid, and solution-focused, with kindness, curiosity, and gratitude as my foundation. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University. I also have degrees in divinity and media studies and have worked in a wide variety of settings across 13 states. I have five grown daughters.
