What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken; it’s about making space to understand your inner world and meet yourself with clarity and compassion. My approach is collaborative and thoughtful. I’ll listen closely, ask questions that get to the heart of what you’re experiencing, and offer practical tools you can carry into everyday life. Whether you’re managing burnout, perfectionism, or long-standing patterns of self-doubt, we’ll work together to uncover what’s behind those feelings and find ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In session, we’ll slow things down so you can actually hear yourself think. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral tools, depending on what’s most helpful for you. That might mean exploring the origins of certain emotional responses, challenging perfectionistic thinking, or learning how to respond to stress without shutting down. Therapy with me isn’t just about coping; it’s about reconnecting with the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long, and learning to support yourself with more ease and intention. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is witnessing the shift when someone starts to feel less stuck and more at home in their own mind.
