I thrive connecting and working with women aged 18 plus who are seeking support for individual therapy. Additionally, I provide couples therapy services for a wide range of partnerships and facilitate weekly group therapy sessions for DBT psychoeducation and skills as well as a women's process group. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I identify as a compassionate and authentic clinician who approaches each session with a strengths-based and client-centered approach. Clients have often described me as creating an open and warm atmosphere to share their unique stories. But fear not! Expect delicate and challenging nudges toward personal awareness and growth intertwined throughout the therapeutic experience. I believe each individual has an inner wisdom and intuition, and with the support of the therapeutic relationship, can create space to tap into this knowledge of self, connection with others, and meaning within the world.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our initial session, clients can expect a warm and inviting atmosphere to get to know one another and ask any questions they may have about the therapy process. I aim to ensure clients feel comfortable in this initial phase to discuss the experiences have brought them to the therapy space. As a clinician who specializes in working with clients with a variety of trauma backgrounds, I encourage discussing only what the client feels ready and safe to disclose. Along with getting a better understanding of your current concerns, we will begin to collaboratively discuss therapy goals given you wish to move forward with the therapeutic process.
