What should a new client know about working with you?

"DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time." My path to becoming a therapist grew was rooted in a simple but powerful belief that all people, regardless of age or background, sometimes need help and extra support. This belief has been shaped and strengthened across a range of settings, from higher education and hospitals to pediatric clinics, with each experience deepening my commitment to versatile, compassionate, and individualized care. Working across these environments, I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact that change can have, not only on an individual, but on everyone around them. That perspective informs every session. With an extensive background supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and experience across a broad range of developmental needs, I bring both professional expertise and genuine understanding to our work. No matter where you are in your journey, it is never too late to take that first step toward growth and healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, you can expect a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you are truly seen and heard. Therapy with me is person-centered and strengths-based, designed to feel empowering rather than overwhelming, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and psychoeducation, to build meaningful skills and create lasting change. My style is flexible and collaborative, because no two people are alike, and your care shouldn't be either.
