Are you living with the death of a loved one? Are you noticing that people want you to move on or be who you used to be? I focus on adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and reframing to help with the emotions and thoughts you are struggling with. I have experience supporting clients affected by chronic or serious illness and their loved ones. I work with clients who are navigating grief and loss, helping them understand why grief impacts their life, and finding ways to survive the waves of grief. I believe that everyone experiences life differently and in creating a safe place to start healing. If you are ready to take the next step towards a more fulfilling life, I am here to support you. Let's work together to navigate the challenges you are facing and find a path to healing and growth.
