I obtained my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have extensive experience in both the inpatient and outpatient therapy settings. I take the time to get to know my clients and develop treatment plans unique to each individual by building off current strengths. In this strengths-based approach, I utilize techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, and Radical Acceptance. I encourage my clients to complete creative projects outside of therapy to aid in the healing process. Currently, I am specializing in self-esteem and women's issues. I am skilled in working with anxiety, mood disorders, and complex trauma.
