Hello! I'm Shannon, and I understand that asking for help can be difficult. Just looking through this site is a big step towards a new future! Everyone needs support sometimes, and this is a safe place to find it. I want to work collaboratively with you to help you understand and change the patterns in your life that may be holding you back. Whether it is due to mental illness, past trauma, life transitions, daily struggles, or relational issues, I am here to help and support you. You don't have to do this alone any longer. Let's work together towards the goals and growth you have been wanting but struggling to navigate. I have a diverse range of experiences from inpatient and outpatient levels of care to age ranges of adolescents to adults to seniors, working with diagnoses of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I have worked with individuals, groups, families, and couples. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in areas such as addiction, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, psychosis/schizophrenia, PTSD, stress, trauma, and gender identity. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. If you are just starting this self-discovery journey, or have been in treatment before, I look forward to working together towards a brighter future. Reach out and see if I could be a good fit for you!
