We all have our own unique blueprints for what it means to thrive and to live a life of authenticity and alignment, which can often be uncovered through explorations of our particular symptoms and stories of suffering. I support clients in recognizing their inherent mind-body wisdom using tools and techniques drawn from client-centered therapy, mindfulness meditation, spiritual psychology, holistic health theories, neurobiology, somatic awareness practices and trauma-informed care. I received my Master's degree from Naropa University in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a mindfulness-based concentration, equipping me to support others in developing contemplative strategies that inform how they might structure their lives to honor the intersection in mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.
