Outside the therapy room, I cherish moments by singing my heart out during karaoke, engaging in family game nights, catching the latest movies, bowling, and indulging in Netflix binges whenever time allows. These moments of joy and relaxation are essential to my life, as they remind me of the balance we all seek.
