What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy style is warm, non-judgmental, interactive and collaborative. I aim to honor the complexities that make you human while bringing focus to the areas of your throught that require greater attention. Together, we'll look at patterns that no longer serve you in a way that reduces fear and inner disharmony. I will listen thoughtfully, hone in on your specific goals, and gently guide you in building a satisfying life aligned with your core values. I am especially passionate about working with trauma survivors, those experiencing anxiety and depression, people struggling with codepence and low self-esteem, and those navigating major life shifts. As a member of the LGBTQIA community of mixed heritage, I am commited providing culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQIA-affirming care to clients.
