Getting to know Sharon Mendenhall

As a Therapist for many years, I specialized in multiple areas of assistance, including trauma for all ages, marital therapy, anxiety, depression, developmental issues, such as autism, and have worked in many settings, including schools, clinics and hospitals. Since my background is so diverse, I have been able to work with all types of clients, including the elderly, LBGTQ, children with developmental disabilities and marital conflict. I utilize many types of tools, including books, workbooks and exercises, and focus on problem-solving and Cognitive behavioral methods. I have also been a Christian counselor and can work with many faith practices. I am confident in my skills and abilities to assist with your struggle. I am also a certified Life coach, so many times, if the problem is not clear, life coaching can give great direction and focus! Whatever the challenge, I am here to provide hope, healing and encouragement!
