Welcome to Delicate Psychotherapy! Does your mind feel cloudy? Do your thoughts and emotions get the best of you? I specialize in helping individuals overcome the shame of their past, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and depression. I can help you get out of your head and live life. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and yet challenging. I use a person-centered approach and CBT to help clients challenge sabotaging thoughts. My clients have learned to change maladaptive behaviors, reframe anxious and depressive thought patterns, and improve their self-esteem. I work with clients of all ages. I am also an experienced certified Child and Family Therapist. I love supporting teens struggling to embrace the transition to young adulthood. I enjoy helping clients navigate difficult experiences. The delicate space is a safe place and I encourage you to embrace the therapeutic process.
