What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach sessions with a collaborative lens where we work together to navigate life’s challenges and achieve your treatment goals. Our sessions will go at a comfortable yet reasonable pace where nothing takes place without a mutual agreement.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Well first we will have our intake session where I gather information about your past experiences, relationships, challenges, medical and psychological history along with your goals for treatment. We also create your treatment plan in this session. Once this is complete and regular sessions are scheduled, a typical session would include a check-in on the past week, events you would like to discuss, a review of your homework assigned in the previous session, skills to practice in the coming week.
