Hello, I'm Sheila. My desire is to help adults and adolescents on their path of discovery toward self-fulfillment. Using evidence-based treatment practices, we will uncover the core barriers preventing you from living your life to the fullest. My approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in proven therapeutic methods to ensure you receive the best care possible. As a professional counselor and graduate of Regis University, I have a wide range of experience in mental health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Specialist, which allows me to provide specialized care in areas such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, and working with military families. Additionally, I have expertise in anger management, bipolar disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, PTSD, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming behaviors, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions for those who prefer or require remote therapy. Being a native Coloradan, I am happy to be working close to home and look forward to supporting you on your journey.
