Together, we can work toward positive change and personal growth. I am a licensed therapist and obtained my master’s degree from Grand Canyon University. I currently work with adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with a variety of mental health needs. Some of my areas of specialties includes, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and low self-esteem. My goal is to help empower my clients to take charge of their mental health by finding balance and peace.
