I obtained my masters degree from Norfolk State University, where I am currently an adjunct instructor. I specialize in mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Clients can expect to be welcomed very warmly and feel the expectation of an appreciated environment. I strive to instill a sense of confidence and notions of success. You will likely feel a level of connection and a noticeable sense of achievement and relief.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I apply a holistic approach to therapy. I believe it is important to include all that individual is to get the best results. I believe the client is an expert of themselves. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, EMDR, solution, focused therapy, mindfulness and psychodynamic.
