I specialize in helping those with a traumatic past overcome obstacles in relationships and daily life. I have seen that growth and development can be shut down during trauma, and resolving these past issues can result in increased well-being and growth. I have been honored to assist many people in resolving the past and embracing a more rewarding life. I have been trained in EMDR, somatic, and ACT therapies to resolve trauma. I utilize CBT, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Interviewing to assist in resolving difficulties. Additionally, I have been trained in grief counseling and family systems therapy.
