Getting to know Shiloh Wormley

I have had experience working in a variety of settings including inpatient mental health units, psychiatric crisis teams, mobile teams, emergency room-based, and private practice. I believe you will get out of therapy what you put into therapy; therefore, therapeutic accountability and empowerment are a focus. I am direct in my approach while still being empathic. Our collaborative partnership will focus on getting to the root of the problem, meeting you where you are at but also challenging you at times so we can keep moving forward towards a solution. Empowering you to become the best version of yourself and helping you learn realistic tools to get you through the day-to-day challenges are just some of the staples of my practice.
