As an outpatient therapist, I enjoy working with individuals, families, and children. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Regent University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
