What should a new client know about working with you?

I have helped numerous women over the years free themselves from the effects of difficult life events. I bring compassion, and understanding to my clients' problems and they report feeling empowered, stronger, happier, relieved and more confident.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session will be focused on your individual needs in that moment. I will provide an objective view and perspective, comfort and support and even some laughter. Through talk therapy, educational resources and therapeutic tools we will arrive at your desired outcome.
