Have you found yourself struggling while navigating some of life’s heaviest chapters: trauma, burnout, relational issues, and life transitions or challenges? I am passionate about supporting those who feel overwhelmed by the weight of "doing it all" or hurt that lingers from past experiences. I provide a steady, reliable, compassionate space to process, build skills, and connect with moments of peace and presence amid life’s chaos. I would describe my approach as relational, compassionate, authentic, and grounded. My hope is for you to bring your whole self, and that in your growth, there can be as much laughter as there are tears. I have over 6 years of experience across several settings and in supporting many different populations and client needs. I am comfortable integrating approaches for personalized care and I have specialized training in EMDR. I am also a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider.

I strongly value a relational approach and I strive to strike a balance between mindfully and intentionally meeting you where you are, and holding you accountable for the ways you may be holding yourself back from meaningful change and growth.
