“I cannot express adequately how wonderful Siena is! We started our daughter in therapy with her last summer to help with anxiety among other concerns. Our daughter established rapport with her in no time at all and within a few weeks, she was remembering “on this day I go see Siena” and is always SO excited to go. Siena’s bedside manner is incredible - warm, inviting, patient - and her communication with both us (parents) and my daughter’s teacher has been invaluable in providing resources to support our daughter. Not even at the year mark yet and our daughter’s anxiety has vastly improved with the tools Siena has taught her. Seeing how much this helps our daughter is healing parts of me I wish I had therapy for at that age. Can’t recommend Siena enough!!”

Getting to know Siena Rumbough
I help young children, adolescents, and their families, as well as young adults, who are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions, challenging behaviors, or quiet disconnection. Many of my clients want to better understand each other, reconnect, and feel more confident navigating tough moments. Using play, art, and evidence-based tools, we explore what behaviors are really communicating, uncover unmet needs, and build more compassionate family rhythms where everyone feels safe, seen, and supported.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I help children and families heal through play therapy, expressive arts, and trauma-informed care. I blend emotional processing with evidence-based tools like PCIT, TF-CBT, DBT, and ACT. Rooted in family systems, my work focuses on strengthening caregiver-child connection, improving communication, and building emotional safety. I believe behavior is communication—and that meaningful change begins with empathy, empowerment, and connection.
