I utilize a client-centered approach with motivational interviewing, CBT, CPT, DBT, mindfulness, relapse prevention, trigger awareness, and coping skills to assist my clients in learning how to manage their symptoms. Client specialties include (but are not limited to) women's issues, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, parenting/attachment, ineffective communication, career counseling, and family systems issues. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and an approved clinical supervisor. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Radford University.
