My practice encompasses supportive exploration of your identified goals with compassion, insight, and an integrative blend of therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I specialize in working with adults experiencing disturbances related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. I provide a safe space to manage your thoughts and feelings and develop new coping strategies while offering you a balance of empathy and accountability. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College, which informs my commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We'll use therapy to identify past experiences that impact your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Let's work together to develop coping skills, gain insight into feelings, and work to attain a deeper sense of wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions are 45/min-55/min in length. Clients have the option of meeting on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on need.
