Sometimes life can feel like a lot to carry on your own. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, family expectations, relationships, motherhood, or a major life transition while still trying to keep everything together. You may know that something needs to change but feel unsure of where to begin. I’m a bilingual and bicultural therapist who enjoys working with youth, young adults, women, and mothers. I have over 8 years of clinical experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about working with individuals and families from immigrant and multicultural backgrounds and creating a space where culture, identity, and lived experiences are understood and respected. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard and validated, but also gently challenged to recognize patterns, develop new skills, and make meaningful changes. Together, we can work toward understanding your experiences, managing difficult emotions, strengthening your confidence, and creating healthier ways of navigating life's challenges. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can heal, grow, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.
