The journey I embark on with clients is informed by an alchemical mind/body/soul approach, which uses mindfulness, Jungian-based and embodied psychodynamic principles, combining other modalities that recognize the multiple aspects and dimensions within the human experience. I believe that unresolved issues and traumas from the past create thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, and life patterns that negatively impact the present. I believe all people are beautiful, divine souls. Our suffering and pain on this earth-walk take nothing away from our divinity; it births our compassion and spiritual consciousness. This perspective has been the guiding light of my own life's path and journey with healing. Let us start this trek of growth by walking the therapeutic path together.
