I encourage the identification of coping skills and your own strengths to help you get through hard times. I believe everyone has an opportunity for change and growth to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I believe in an open minded space and allow a diverse and multicultural safe space to share what you are going through. I have experience working with: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Personality disorders (maladaptive coping), PTSD, Bipolar, suicidal ideations, and substance use disorders.I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), solution focused, and trauma informed care to promote a judgment free zone in order to allow the healing process to begin.
