My goal is to assist in this journey and cultivate a space where you can be vulnerable and authentically yourself as we work towards building a life that is full of healing and that you feel confident in navigating.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use client-centered Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, a modality that is focused on acceptance and change. DBT focuses on mindfulness, regulating emotions, navigating stressors, and cultivating authentic relationships in life. Through the use of DBT, CBT, and trauma informed care, sessions are tailored to your life goals and building a life worth living.
