I have 13 years of experience in the field of psychology and 8 years of experience in clinical counseling. I specialize in working with life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, PTSD, OCD, LGBTQ+ concerns, chronic health conditions, pain, women's issues, multicultural counseling, and athletes/sport psychology. What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that when we heal from traumatic experiences we can then make space for empowerment, self-compassion, connection, and a more rewarding life. It is my belief that life transitions are opportunities for growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am level II trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Multicultural Counseling. I have worked in family medicine, private practice, community mental health, and university settings.
