“Sophie has a way of making you feel truly seen, even when you’re struggling to see yourself clearly. She’s incredibly kind and down-to-earth, which made it easy to open up from day one. I’ve worked with therapists before, but Sophie has this calming presence that feels different in a good way. Her questions are thoughtful, and her insights come from a place of deep understanding. I’ve grown so much in our time together and feel more grounded and self-aware than I ever have.”

Gave me the tools I needed to deal with my problems and feel good about myself.
Was screened by the provider and went through multiple introductory questions to gauge whether we were a good fit, before I was told this service would be out of network. Waste of time and not a pleasant experience.

Sophie is the best therapist I've been to - she's empathetic, insightful and gave me the tools to manage my stress and anxiety on my own. I have made leaps and bounds through my work with her and being able to manage my anxiety so it wasn't so crippling has been priceless. I could not recommend Sophie more highly and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
I'm so happy to have found Sophie. Therapy for me was a bit like personal training to build mental strength, and Sophie was the best coach I could have asked for. She is compassionate, and has a seemingly endless capacity to listen and take in all that you share. At the same time she is one who can nudge you toward taking those difficult first steps toward becoming the stronger version of yourself. She uses a diversity of techniques but is fluid and seamless in the way that she implements them throughout her sessions. I initially sought therapy as a means to fix all the parts of myself I found difficult. After many months of therapy with Sophie, most of these issues still remain, but the difference is that they are no longer as difficult to deal with. To me, Sophie's ability to impart knowledge, confidence and empowerment through her sessions is what truly makes her an excellent therapist.
I really enjoyed working with Sophie the past few months. She was validating and offered me questions that beneficially challenged the way I was approaching areas in my life. The inner-child aspect that she focused on was especially beneficial for me, as it helped me understand my feelings over rational. Overall, Sophie was supportive and helpful, and also provided a really safe space. I was initially hesitant about starting therapy as it can be difficult for me to share personal information, but Sophie's openness made it quite easy.
Sophie is the best! I was apprehensive to start therapy again after I had a really negative experience with a different therapist but Sophie is really easy to talk to and always makes me feel comfortable to talk about anything. She provides the best tools and techniques to navigate different situations. She helps you identify your goals and makes sure you stay on track. I always feel better by the end of each session with Sophie. I highly recommend her!
Sophie is a very professional and insightful LMHC. Her insights helped me work on many issues and I highly recommend her to anyone.
I have been working with Sophie since 2022 and over this time she has helped me work through my personal challenges, which allows me to reflect and continually make improvements. She is easy to talk to and is a thoughtful and active listener, repeating back what I am trying to say (i.e. "I am hearing you say ..."), which helps me fine tune my the understanding of my own issues and together we are able to make a plan for the next time I encounter the issues. I think that is the most valuable takeaway for me: we chat and we plan in session so that I can build a better toolbox for healthier relationships and self-care.
Sophie is an excellent therapist. I've been seeing her for a few years now, and the work we've done together has had a positive influence on my life. She asks thorough questions and provides insightful speculation, but never forces ideas that I don't necessarily agree with. Through our sessions, she has helped me understand the nuances of stress, anxiety, and relationship navigation. I'm more in touch with my emotions because of our work, which makes me a happier more relaxed person. I cannot recommend her enough.
Sophie made me feel very comfortable during my appointments with her, and being able to see her weekly helped me make progress with things I was struggling with.
Sophie is an excellent therapist. She was attentive, kind, and helpful and helped me achieve the goals I set for therapy when we first started our sessions. Highly recommend!

I started working with Sophie a little over 2 years ago, and my life has changed tremendously with her help. She is patient, insightful, and easy to talk to. I have learned so much about myself and through conversations with Sophie and her guidance, I have made changes in my life for the better. I feel like I am now living the life that I spoke about wanting in our first meeting but that at the time felt so far out of my reach. I don't think I could have gotten to where I am today had I not met Sophie. I cannot recommend her enough!
everyone was very warm & friendly. All staff & especially Sophie listened to all my concernx Terrific visit! Highly recommend.
Sophie has completely changed my life. I’ve been in therapy for over 8 years and the last year or so with her has been the most impactful! She works hard to empower you with problem-solving after an issue, she helps a lot with practical skills for trauma work and listens really well. She also educates herself on issues you struggle with, it feels like a true partnership and relationship. As opposed to someone sitting there and psycho-analyzing you.
