Getting to know Stacey Kennedy

I’m an LMSW who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life challenges. I’ve been in the field since 2019 and was inspired to pursue this work after seeing the impact social workers had supporting students in an alternative education setting. My approach focuses on creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and motivated. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and exposure based techniques to help clients build coping skills and confidence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and baking and cooking.
