I am here to help those who are struggling with life's challenges, and help them become more confident and with purpose. Whether it is navigating stressors at work, home, or in relationships, you do not have to do struggle alone. I have worked in substance abuse treatment facilities as well as nonprofit community mental health clinics providing therapy to children and Families. Much of my post grad work has been with children and families within the foster system. I am pro-LGBTQ+, antiracist, nonreligious, and very much a social justice warrior. Reaching out is the first big step towards a better version of yourself, and is a sign of strength. I am genuine, casual, empathetic, and candid. I would like to help support you in the challenges life has presented with the goal of empowerment with direct support and guidance.
